I’ve been enjoying staying away from fandoms. It’s funny when I really get into a series/franchise then like several months later I’ll watch a video from a YouTuber I like and they’ll just casually throw out how the fanbase for that thing is ultra toxic/annoying and/or filled with the biggest creeps imaginable.

I kind of liked how they acknowledged the backwards thinking Thanos had in the new Spider-Man movie and just made it a joke.

It’s always “Won’t somebody please think of the children?!?!” till kids get shot then it’s “eh who cares. That’s the price of freedom baby!!!”

I hated school, but I hated being bored and lonely more.

I said this recently when visiting Brooklyn. Place felt like home to me, but I know my ass could never afford it.

I just don’t want kids. Knew I never wanted to be a parent ever since I was a kid having to help my parents raise my nephews and niece. I could be a billionaire and every problem on Earth could be solved, I still wouldn’t have kids.

I spend 8-13 hours in a cold room for work. Last thing I want to do is leave to even colder weather. Even wearing 3-5 layers of clothing doesn’t help.

Second Amendment

My dog did this with my mom and now that she passed the dog does it to me. It’s annoying cause I enjoy staying up late to catch up with friends or watch movies, but I constantly got the dog pacing between me and random spots in the room.

I’m the dude you’ll see wearing a sweater in 60 cause that’s when I start feeling cold. It’s been hitting the triple digits where I live lately and I’m loving it. Been going for long walks at local parks.

Yes I will gladly take the pits of hell over anything from Jack Frost or temperatures going anywhere below 70.

People act shocked that I’ve managed to make it to 30 in decent enough health while only eating the same 2 or 3 frozen meals for dinner over and over.

Until we decided leaving a few alive and hiring them on to work for us was a good idea. Same with the Confederacy. If we had just killed the lot of them instead of playing nice we’d be in a MUCH better place.

That last part reminded me of the common response from libs when Biden wanted to take 6 years to raise minimum wage to a pitiful $15/hr was “But doing it immediately would hurt small businesses!!! We have to do it slowly and tell people to suck it up even though it still won’t be enough by the time the $15 gets here!!!”
