Can confirm recently got a box of 440 unsoldered Micron DDR5 memory ICs at work.

It was $140k. Not DIMMS but the chips soldered to the DIMM.

It could also be a pre-prepared disk image.

Next time during setup do this: 1.don’t connect to a network

2. Either shift+f10 or Ctrl+shift+f10 to bring up a command prompt.

3.Type: start ms-cxh:localonly

4. Hit enter and the create user box will pop up.

5. You can now create a local user account.

Or dont connect to a network during setup and do this.

OOBE mode.

1. Ctrl+shift+f10 or shift+f10
2. Type: start ms-cxh:localonly
3. Create local account

Finish initial windows boot, then follow up with O & O shut up 10 at minimum before connecting to a network.

Then there is the fun of going through the task scheduler to remove telemetry.

I have Wikipedia set to ask to open links to Wikipedia on my phone. I thought it may have been something like that.

If you have Wikipedia set to open browser links that’s most likely what happened.

That is if you have the Wikipedia app installed.

You can also run klipper on them if you want network connectivity. Granted you need a raspberry pi to run klipper so there is that.

After running klipper on my Ratrigs I can’t even consider Marlin anymore. Modifying a config file and restarting is less painful than having to compile and flash a bin for every modification or update.
