If they are used to Windows, go with KDE.
I’d say Cinnamon or XFCE. Plenty customizable enough for this use case and very straightforward.

Jack Daniels no 7 is crap. Some of their other offerings are fantastic, but they are also more like $70 per bottle.
There is plenty of other whiskey in the same price range as no 7 that isn’t a disgusting mess of sugar and paint thinner. Wild Turkey 101, Buffalo Trace, etc.
AirBNB is a blight, and anyone who uses AirBNBs – particularly in urban areas – should be ashamed of themselves.

Gotcha, I guess I have just never seen the usual meme. SickOS is a thing though, it’s a pentesting practice tool, a purposefully vulnerable system to practice skills on.

It’s basically just a programming language based on and inclusive of JavaScript, but with extra features.

My thought was XFCE feels a lot like XP/7 era Windows, and so would be familiar. But I can see Budgie being attractive for someone where it’s just like “here’s the button for your email, here’s how you get on the internet” and they don’t need to touch anything else.
