  • I traded an F150 in on an EV.

I used to fill the truck up for between $50-$75 per week. My payment on my used EV is about $200. And I don’t have the truck payment anymore.

Oddly enough I also lost five pounds in the first month of EV driving because I don’t get tempted by little snacks at the gas station.

  • One thing I learned in my journey to power a home and drive an electric car is that automobiles, even small “slow” cars, are thr most powerful thing that most people ever personally own. A firearm will accelerate a 7.5 gram projectile up to 425 meters per second. But my car will accelrate 1600 kg up to 44 meters per second and I can just take it wherever I want. I could even get a larger, faster one if I wanted and nobody would care.

  • What I have done since I was about 16 years old is grow my hair as long as I can stand it, and then donate it. I’ve done this multiple times. Im now in my late 40’s and my hair is to the middle of my back again.

Something I have noticed with this latest long hair journey: nobody touches my hair. Before, I would get random women touching my hair without asking. Just suddenly someone is in my hair. But that doesn’t happen anymore thankfully.

  • Catoosa, OK used to be infamous in the late 1990’s. It’s on Rt 66, and back then thry would stop you for any reason they could make up. It became a large enough problem that businesses started to leave, because neither customers nor employees wamted to risk driving there.

Something happened around the mid 2000’s, and the police became lesa crazy. Since then the town has exploded in size.
