What direction is that? I haven’t been keeping up, I just use the browser.

Honestly not sure why more people don’t use Firefox. It’s brilliant, especially with uBlock and Sponsorblock added.
Had gentoo as my daily driver for years, then it turned out that I was worse at optimizing my system than the debian guys who create distros professionally, so I just… stopped.
Spent too much time fiddling with gentoo because it was fun, now I’m on fedora because it just works and is modern enough.
(The amount of time spent fixing my system once I discovered “breakmygentoo” we probably shouldn’t talk about)

Any idea of integrating it into I2P? Being able to torrent files anonymously would be nice maybe?

It’s not me making the claim, I just posted the link.

Let me assure you that in the large companies I’ve worked with, GDPR is taken very seriously.

Alright, I’ll have to give it a go then. Thanks.

But you connect it to a torrent client, right?

Can this be used with i2p and anonymous torrenting?

The problem is lack of content and difficulty to find it. It’s a chicken or egg problem. Put content there, right now there’s virtually nothing worth watching. Wish there was but I can’t find anything. Not even simple instruction videos, which is a shame.

I think the UI has improved with the latest release, but then you need to pay to use it on your car screen.
It’s where the name comes from, yes. Ian and his then girlfriend Deborah.
I knew neither.

There’s magic earth. I used it until they locked Android auto behind a subscription. A shame since it was quite good and I was happy to provide data.
Not open source though.

They’re going to use AI to identify and block ads for me, right? Or let me set a cookie preference and automatically apply that to every page I visit?
That would be rather useful things to have AI for IMHO.

Yeah, I can access JF on my phone, but didn’t manage to cast it to the TV where I was. You’re saying it should work “out of the box”?

OrganicMaps isn’t.
Looks similar, but I think SC is more like a game? This looks more like an editor. SC gives you a question about your current location, like when you walk past a shop it asks you for the opening hours, or what sort of pavement are you currently walking on.
But whatever works for improving OSM I’m happy with.
