I recommend visiting the Louvre and going to the room with the Mona Lisa. It’s a tiny image, alone on a huge wall constantly surrounded by dozens of people and you can’t see shit. But turn around in the very same room and there’s an absurdly big image covering basically the entire opposing wall, it’s hugely impressive but I don’t think more than like 10 people a day even notice it

You’ll have to come up with proofs for all problems though, but I guess that would be possibly by trying to say “<some math field> is required for the proof” over and over while getting more specific to narrow it down.

Also the social safety net and availability of (mental) healthcare, it’s not like Europe doesn’t have some glaring problems in that regard but holy shit is it better than whatever the US is doing.

Exactly, the first request is so vague that you can just implement it in a way that doesn’t require any complicated programming magic, but a scarf has the implicit expectation to swing around and not intersect with the player or itself. Or worse, expect the player to summon a demon wearing a scarf!

The trick is to learn to absolutely despise Windows before doing the switch, then everytime something breaks on Linux you reminisce about the olden days and decide that typing two or three commands in the terminal isn’t so bad afterall.

I never said your previous statement was incorrect, and I never said investing is a bad idea. I was specifically talking about investing in overinflated companies. I am myself buying diversified ETF shares every month and will continue to do so.

Sure, if you’ve invested early that’s the case. If you invest now and there’s a crash in three month, you’re likely screwed. But maybe a crash happens in a couple years or not at all for some unforeseen reason and you might be alright, it’s basically impossible to know. The point is, the worth of all these tech companies is severely overinflated and trying to make money off of their stocks is definitely possible but risky. If you’re aware of that, go right ahead.
