1·19 days agoWhat’s that referencing? Unless there’s something specific about the phrase, that would bug me because dice are plural, haha. By the way, does the button actually do anything?
They’re just following Facebook and Instagram. If anything, the surprise is them not doing so sooner.

2·20 days agoI’m not the tech-savviest in the room, but if you mean by “on the server” in Gmail, they definitely appeared there in the browser as well when they never had been before. I’m not 100% sure it was a result of my Evolution connection but I really don’t remember making any other recent email “change” beyond trying this connection.

2·20 days agoI never even checked the settings, though; I just happened to notice the spam move shortly after launching. Actually, I think I didn’t even do any connection; it just immediately piggybacked off my existing GNOME calendar Google integration. I guess I’m misunderstanding something but I really don’t know what went wrong.

2·20 days agomoved emails
But I never moved any emails anywhere, either… That’s why I’m so baffled by this. I left Evolution shortly after to return to Betterbird so it’s sort of a non-issue but I just wish that the junk detection could be opt-in, I suppose.

The line break system is weird and should be opt-in, not opt-out, but yes, otherwise, Geany is great! I’ve otherwise simply been using Xed on Linux Mint.

We always have and I’ve often ignored big corp.
You also said, “but made by a quintillionaire,” as if that is a point lowering its indie status, and as if money is the defining aspect of indie vs. AAA.
Liquid Container, son of Paper.
Worse; they’re soulless!
Same… All the flash drive stuff and program incompatibility had scared me for too long… But now I’m not afraid to, like, even go to estate sales and try to find a dirt-cheap, old machine to slap Linux on and run it down into the ground until the next one lol. I can live without Cyberpunk 2077.
Heck, you don’t even have to go into morals. There are so many people who can barely take care of themselves. I wouldn’t entrust them to take care of another human being as well, and certainly not force them to do so.
