  • Boomers have been noted in studies to display worse cognitive decline at their age than any prior generation and it shows.

Its almost universally a generation that absolutely refuses to learn or adapt to the changes the world has experienced since Reagan, to the point of violence.

The only difference between this guy and other boomers is he’s at least someone up to date with modern technology. Most boomers don’t even know how to use smart phones or self checkout. You know… technology they’ve only had ALMOST 2 FUCKING DECADES TO BECOME ACCUSTOMED TO.

  • I’m significantly older than you. I started coding in the late 60’s

Yeah, appeal to tangentially related experience, age and arrogance aren’t a way to inspire confidence in your work.

We live in the perfect times to display that experience, age and arrogance haven’t been working in almost any field, from politics to LLM development. We’ve yet to witness any system that operates well, while also eliminating human oversight. It doesn’t matter the guard rails you put in place. They’re only as strong as your personal ability to evaluate your own product, which itself is a conflict of interest.

Edit: Also, you can’t use your own credentials to assert the integrity of work you aren’t even actually doing yet passing as your own.

  • This might be shocking to learn, but someone who’s clearly going through a health crisis and is clearly extremely unhealthy due to an ED or GLP1 misuse, may actually lie about being unhealthy to get the scrutiny off of them.

Not to mention Ariana went 30+ years not looking like an actual skeleton. No way in fuck her prior body was less healthy.

A fun fact about opinions is that you can keep that shit to yourself

Good thing they didn’t offer an opinion.

Ariana Grande looks insanely unhealthy, like a skeleton, and appears to be in a health crisis with either ED or GLP1 abuse.

That isn’t an opinion, that’s a fact. She’s undeniably not naturally that bone thin, nor that inactive during her performances like she’s been recently.

  • I think its reasonable to bring attention to the extremely harmful act of women, who are held by society as the beauty standard, are anorexic or abusing weight loss drugs when it isn’t necessary.

We have countless studies on the ill effects idolizing women with unrealistic body standards, especially to the point they’re harming themselves to achieve them, has on women and young girls. This recent revival of the “heroine chick” beauty standard via eating disorders and GLP1 abuse is a nightmare to the psyche of women and girls, and also does damage the psyche of men and young boys for that matter.

  • The AI craze among the Epstein class has revealed some indisputable facts in a way more obvious than ever before:

    1. The rich hate the poor and hold a genuine, malicious and sadistic desire to see them suffer and die. Its not just a consequence of their pursuit of money, it’s an outright explicit goal
    2. The ruling class is abhorrently incompetent, increadibly lazy, and inconceivably stupid. There is no group of people less qualified to lead the world than the class of people who currently lead the world.
    3. There is no “things will change before they become irreversible”. The ONLY answer is to eliminate the Epstein class. They will lead the world to Armageddon with a smile on their dead faces.
    4. Technology under capitalism doesn’t become mainstream when it has sufficiently satisfied the problems it promises to solve. It becomes mainstream FAR before it is ready because the Epstein class thinks its magic.

  • Unfortunately I don’t believe that’s how it’ll work.

Monopolies hold total control of essential services and goods in the marketplace, and we’re already seeing in the US what happens when those monopolies see threats of competition. The state becomes the slave of the monopolies, and all competition is taken out. If not through crushing businesses (such as policies hostile to smaller businesses), then through closing the market to competitors (such as the TikTok ban, or the tarrifs).
