2022: Come on, it’s just 8$ it’s basically the price of a coffee.
2026: Come on, it’s just 20$ it’s basically the price of a coffee.
My SO and I don’t share interests that much, but we share values and are similar/compatible in so much regards. When we start talking it is hard to stop. We have been living together for 20 years.
I don’t think having shared interests is as necessary as you seem to suggest.

I think some iems aren’t designed with pressure variations in mind.

It’s all about tactile feedback for me.
I have been deseperately trying to find a techno song from this era made with sounds of Super Mario bros. It used lots of samples from the water stage song. The song’s melody didn’t sound like a Mario song at all. It was trippy and energetic and almost hypnotic. I loved it so much.
I’m taking my chances and leaving this here. Maybe it rings a bell to someone in here.

You guys downvote it, but if I were you I would fill hard drives with media that I like and that I want to preserve right now. You might regret it if you don’t.

I can hear the song so clearly by just watching this picture.

Indeed, a LLM can certainly spout bullshit on social media.

Eh, I’m probably gonna ditch that smartphone thing anyways, at least for a while. Android becoming a closed-off garden was the last straw and I was kinda looking forward trying to go without a phone to test if I can adapt. I started leaving the house without my phone more and more and I kinda like it.
Sure, it’s fun and convenient to have the Internet in my pocket. Heck, it’s even required in some cases, but this digital mess we are currently in is too much for me. I remember how I was looking forward having one back then; I was really looking forward having acces to the Interney wherever I was, but nowadays I kinda miss being less conected from all the bullshit especially when outside.
I guess I could get a linuxphone one day if I miss having a phone (if I somehow manage to completely remove the smartphone from my life in the first place).
I knew someone who claimed that light therapy helped. I don’t know much about it, in your case it might be worth a short. Some people talked about melatonin, but I don’t think it helps that much if at all (but that’s just based my own experience).
In any cases, I hope this winter won’t be too hard on you this year.
I have a summer seasonal affective disorder. I know it’s a bit controversial diagnosis, but I absolutely have a terrible time during summer. It’s so bad I start to be increasingly anxious about summer by the end of February because I know it’s slowly approaching.
I find daylight to be pleasant like everybody, but after a very short time I start to feel drained as if it was too much. I like cloudy days or when it rains. During summer, I basically don’t sleep. Even when the heat is not an issue I just can’t sleep.
Lately I’ve been smiling and laughing more and more; I feel much more at peace. It’s always strange to finally feel energized and genuinely happy when most people around me feel the complete opposite.
Stares in disbelief

People trying to shame us encouraging people switching to a OS that respects our privacy from the shit show Microsoft has become makes me roll my eyes every single time.
We pass so much of our time in front of a screen. Why not do it while retaining our freedom as much as we can? Sure, if you must use it for work, it is what it is, but Linux is definitely something worth learning using no matter what your technical level is.
If you can navigate through Windows with some degree of confidence, you absolutely can use Linux effectively. You can go full GUI no problem if you want to.
Linux is so easy nowaday. Yeah, some niche things might require some digging around, but that’s nothing compared to the bullshit you have to accept from Microsoft.
If it’s not for work, I’m sorry but use Linux or stop bitching. The correct answer will always be don’t use the trojan OS.
I don’t speak english natively. That’s why I didn’t know, yeah.
