I preferred the simpler times where it was a simple downvote and move on. Those artists will probably get ratioed anyways and the posts will be sunk.
Witch-Hunt mentality is kinda a lame way to go about things.

Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. Surviving off creditcards and buy now pay later.
Something tells me you don’t exactly have your finger on the pulse of “average” America.

360 wasn’t DVD?

Is this what winning feels like?

So glad I don’t have money for a new PC for some years anyways 😂

E-readers have much longer battery life since the hardware is tailored to the use case.
Also better to use a device you may already have than chuck it on the e-waste pile and buy something brand new.
This jailbreak is for people who already have a Kindle, don’t think anyone is suggesting to buy one for this…

Sorry, that’s what I grew up calling paid software that was free to use in practice. That effectively how Immich is presented now. There is a button to buy a license which changes to an (optional) supporter badge once purchased.
For the record, I am very happy with the software and paid for a license. I can see why people are bothered with Futo’s language but I personally can’t complain with how they’ve handled the project itself.

Funded a team of devs to work on it full time.
Also made it shareware.
Doesn’t annoy me any more, Windows free for two years now.
It used to annoy me because it would show me screens after updating asking if I want to enable targeted ads, buy office 365 or send MS my location data.
Used to only happen after installing Windows but then then made it after every update…

Ah, didn’t know it worked with Proton!
I have an Affinity license that’s just been collecting dust while I use the Photopea web app.
Damn dude that’s rough.
I pay €15/m for 35GB EU-wide data and unlimited talk/text. Sim only and not an introductory rate. In fact, I’ve been paying the same for years and the only thing that’s changed is my data limit slowly increasing.
I think unlimited plans are roughly double but I don’t use that much.
1 Gbps fiber at home for €50/m but unfortunately they do jack that up slowly over time so you either need to switch providers or lock in again for a promotional rate.
I don’t miss living in the US and getting fucked in the ass by Comcast and the like…
