The beginning was quite funny, i love how the series decided to stop taking itself seriously this season, but when the sillyness transformed into drama, i felt it falling apart

Noooo Garak would probably not murder his husband!

Oh wow, thanks for sharing this gem :D

Drink monsters and perform double jumps, mostly /j

I love Jay-Den so much, and I really hoped he and Reymi would finally realize their love.
However, I hated the suggested romantic tension between Caleb and Genesis, fortunately it didn’t went further than that.

I can’t wait for a salamander run

yeah that was the thing that i thought hard to believe. A big battle between Staryfleet and Klingons for the control of a planet, wero, casualties, and not a sigle Klingon raises their eyebrows even more?

I love Nahla so much

I really think it needs an edit of Spot on the counter

It’s funny, i just watched this episode for the first time!

Don’t, i like it!

I think the Doctor Who reference was more in the writing than anything else, in the sense that it really pushed the suspension of disbelief where no-one has gone before. It was kinda weird for Star Trek, but i’m also a whovian, so I accepted that. The dream sequence was cute, and i thought the overall rhythm of the episode was okay. Still, it would have made a lot of sense if Batel travelled into the past to fight the Vezda and become the Beholder in the past.

“I fry the ship”

The effect on the screen at the end whispered “Borg” in my ears, am I the only one? Could this be an origin story for them?

that’s what i recognized! I was asking if it was the Q for half of the episode
Oh wow. An absolutely amazing end to this excellent season!
Oh and fuck Paramount, we need more Trek.
