Isn’t it though? A forum wouldn’t do all the things discord does, but the argument is that trying to use discord for a forum was a mistake in the first place. So replacing discord with a forum and then a dedicated chatting app makes sense, no?
Yeah it seems like you can’t cleanly attribute rocketry progress to a singular economic system. Even attributing the innovations from the US to capitalism is strange given that until the recent times I think you could argue that most of the innovation was coming from NASA, which is a government run program.
I think the issue in this case is that the range of this specific car and battery doesn’t convey the impact of the battery innovation. If they gave an example of the range with that car and battery size using current battery tech to demonstrate the improvement, I think that would be more helpful.
Agreed. I think the fact that discord kind of does all the things is what made it attractive. But it’s not GOOD at the forum aspect, and it has its flaws for the other use cases as well.
