It would be nice to know how well this data is correlated with actual people using Linux.

Why are you getting down voted? Muscle pains are usually due to weak muscles. Obviously there’s other things it could be, but YouTube and planet fitness are cheaper than the doctors.

Join a club! Having a group of people you see every week that are happy you’re there is what got me out of my worst depression. I’m in a run club and organize a mountain bike club, but if that’s not your speed there’s lots of others. An improv club/class will probably give you incredible social skills. But there’s roleplay clubs, book clubs, bowling/league night, kickball, knitting, and probably a bunch I can’t think of.

Yeah, I bounced off of FO4 pretty quickly. I don’t like base building, especially with random NPCs that farm or whatever? Exploration was really the only part I enjoyed. It needed more quests and memorable characters. I was also disappointed that it didn’t have as robust faction system as NV. Like there’s just raiders? Give them unique names based on location, quest opportunities to make them friendly.
The world of fallout never felt so dead.

Load bearing comment
I worked as a metal roofer for a bit, ladders were the scariest part (okay unharnessed on a wet steel roof is scarier). But most of the injuries I saw were ladders. Like if we had the choice, climb up scaffolding or use a man lift.
To be fair, linemen (the high voltage guys who fix the grid) are usually tough as nails. These guys look like their dad worked in construction.

Yeah, I bounced off NixOS for a couple months before it stuck. I would switch again but it would have to be like Nix but better

As per another comment, I didn’t know Gmail can delete an account after 2 years of inactivity. Proton mail is only 12 months on the free plan. With so many things being related to email I feel like I should have a more robust system.

Knowing where my money will make the best impact. Like I know there’s a lot tools and libraries that hold up the world, but which ones need the help? Which ones don’t?

Lol just upgraded to 26.05 today, surprisingly smooth! This time…

Trail running makes running so much better, but also I find an hour and a half on the treadmill way easier than an hour and a half on the stationary bike.

Using a browser is definitely a no go for me. Lots of people are asking, why not just use vim instead of obsidian? Linking is important, I’ve been meaning to try neorg, I’ll get there eventually. To me writing the notes is secondary to finding, exploring, and reading the notes. I find vim is better writing things than exploring things, probably just a skill issue but I don’t really care.
I would not have guessed I would have quit drinking in my 20s, pretty sound financial decision.

Can you get squash (juice concentrate) in the US? I took a shine to it in the UK, but all I can think that we have here is the frozen concentrate and maybe like some lemonade concentrate in a carton.

I’ve run out of devices to put Linux on, so maybe I’ll create some VMs today
Probably been mentioned already, but ZFS and BTRFS have options for full disk compression. Though there is cpu overhead with higher compression settings.
The magic socks have 2 stripes on the cuff. The cats socks also have 2 stripes.
It’s hard to be upset. I’m not a Debian maintainer, or even someone paid to program. But here a group of people got together and said yes to allowing AI. I feel like on some level you have to accept that answer. I’m curious why they made that decision I guess.
