Yeah I mean, space is going nowhere. What’s the rush exactly? We know there’s nothing on Mars, so why should we destroy our own, beautiful planet to go there to “terraform” it?
If it was so fucking easy to terraform a barren wasteland, why can’t we just fix the Sahara desert or something first?

Because the particular cadence and style looks like ChatGPT output. It follows a particular pattern of “it’s not x; it’s y”. In this case, the
doesn’t even make sense from a literary standpoint. It’s perfectly formatted with the semicolon (which few humans understand how to use) and the boldface that excludes the full stop, but it just doesn’t mean anything at all. It just follows the style template.
The next sentence (“… if your work can’t leave the building … the only way to prove that later … is if the software never gave it anywhere to go”) also doesn’t make any sense. No person writes like that. Like what? It sure sounds reassuring but really, what am I supposed to understand from this? That LibreOffice is an offline app? Yes but who the fuck would explain it that way?
We know this is likely ChatGPT in particular because of how it uses emojis: opening sections, terminating conclusions, but never interspersed into a paragraph (which is something a certain segment of humans tend to do).
