I’ve just been using debian with docker compose for over two years, and everything just works. The only reason I would have to use ansible at this point would be if I wanted to replicate the setup.

Start with TOS and if you find it too hard to watch start with TNG and if you find the first bit of TNG too hard to watch you can skip ahead of you really want to I guess, but I find it all worth watching.

the way things are, things have to be completely unusable for the average user to care. people are still on reddit and twitter and facebook after all.

For Minecraft specifically Prismlauncher is really good.

No software worth its salt offers only flatpak installation. I don’t use flatpak at all and Blender works flawlessly. I’m not sure what a flatpak version could possibly do any better than the version I use.
