I used to pull the battery out and shake it. Did I need to? No. Was it cathartic? Absolutely.

6·4 months agoI’m constantly shouting “not now Copilot!” at my computer. It does not listen (I mean, it does, it just doesn’t obey).
This hits a little too close to home.

1·4 months agoI saw it with my kiddos. I thought it was pretty good. Better than most movies out there. Smarty Pants is my new favorite character in the series (previously held my Duke Kaboom).
There is no problem. If you can do 8 hours of work (well) in 4 hours, you should be able to use the extra time however you want.
I’m like 97% sure that this sport started on a dare.

This was solved 6 years ago. 😉

Ahh, I see. I could not afford food in 2009. So they are probably the same.
I lived through 2009. No thanks.
I’m pretty sure the car in the top picture is a Lada Samara made by AvtoVAZ, which was a company started in the 60s as a project between Fiat and the USSR. And the first car it made was a slightly modified and rebadged Fiat 124. So, I’m not sure you can claim capitalism wasn’t involved.
Romance books are known for being filthy.
No, doesn’t qualify for one of my few fucks to give. 😉
That is because the world is a shit hole run by idiots. This is the perfect perspective for the scary executive look. Your disgust and impatience is justified - go with it. 😉
This has some good stuff: https://www.caspermagazine.com/feature/the-art-of-tailoring-with-an-edge

I have really enjoyed my midlife crisis (which looks a little different as a woman): lost 30 lbs, began dressing like a scary executive, got rid of the imposter syndrome, and give very few fucks. It has been delightful.

I heard a stat that 73% of entry level jobs have gone away. And it makes me so angry, it is hard to articulate all the ways this is terrible. Obviously, for the people entering the workforce. It is short sighted for a business to not have a hiring and development strategy that allows them to pick up fresh talent. And it creates a problem in 15 or 20 years when we don’t have enough people with the right experience. shakes fist into air
