I have to say I’m not surprised. No one wants to pay for a browser.

Im amazed. Then question if spell check is active. Usually by writing jiberish.
You don’t need Wikipedia to know that mein Kampf is from a nazi. You could separate Hitler from most of his early art but not his political art. It’s literally called “MY” struggle. He is going to mention himself a few times.
Yea mein kampf doesn’t need a evil writer to be evil. It would be evil if it was anonymous or ghost written. Other art by Hitler would have been a better argument as it is just a picture of a city or building and doesn’t have any racist or antisemitic content but still is stained by him in its story.

I would like one settings menu to rule them all. Even if the settings menus links you out to a dialog box that’s better than “Look up control panel for the other half of the settings” and " we moved some of the network settings but not all". Who are that testing these systems on?

I think a lot of this is the digitisation of the change bucket at the till. When we all paid in cash you would be handed 3 pennies and now need to find somewhere to put it. It’s not worth anything and now you need to carry it about. You could walk off and not take it. Here is a pot you can put it in and it will make you feel better about yourself.
The same as the tip request it’s a new spin on an old concept. Perhaps it’s a bit wooden but it’s a shift from manly cash society to mainly card payment systems.

I’ve seen stores donate to there own foundation. I’m sure it’s all by the book as they can’t keep the money for themselves but you don’t know where the money is going. If it’s going to cancer research just say so. I shouldn’t have to look on your website to see the last 30 charitys but no idea where it’s going now.

This guy isn’t a landlord. Property’s degrade far quicker and worse when left unoccupied for long periods of time. Leaks go unreported. Water freezes in the pipe. Air becomes damp and mold takes over. Squatters move in and trash the place.

Even using a website requires basic info like what browser and IP address. The device information to work out the layout of the site for mobile tablet or desktop. And for downloading the ISO they would need to load balance and locally serve or the budget will just be used for servicing there ISP bill.
Then you get the app and it’s just a browser and a skin for there website.
The amount of news sites where they post Twitter comments on there stories but you need a sign in to view. What’s the point of a public announcement service if you can’t find out without handing a company your information.

It could be to crowd sourced bug fixes. I’m sure someone will be keen to give daddy musk all the help he needs.

Trademark is one of the areas of copyright law that makes sense. The dev for notepad++ could receive tickets when the app doesn’t work, fines or blocks if there is any violation of apple TOS or just confusion in the apple market if they ever wanted to move into OSX.

Joe America here. So brave. Where exactly is she going and how many intercept missiles are there on boards? Glory to USA

I don’t like it when I need to sign in twice for single sign-on. The email/username then tells the system if they need to be directed to another sign in page. Like Google or Microsoft. This then allows you access without having to give them your password.

Also you better hope you used the password manager for this obscure app you don’t remember signing up with.
It used a different URL for sign in so isn’t picked up by the password manager.
The password is too strong doesn’t accept Ukraine letters.
Dose your granny have the a password manager. She should but would she understand how it works.

If it’s onshore then it would be possible to regulate. If it’s overseas then I imagine it would be harder to regulate without kicking visa and MC out of the EU and then we would need to start over anyway.

We have JCB as well but only for digging holes and moving earth.
So you want newbies blindly entering scripts to there command line and not knowing what that are doing.
I think it’s the shear cost of operating a browser. I would hope Mozilla are looking to diversity there income but without ads or sales to end users I’m not sure where it can go.
